Before our project began, Travis clearly outlined the process, guided me to find the right materials in our budget, then seamlessly handed the project off to Mike, his project manager, and team. The things that clearly stood out to us throughout this project: trustworthy, hardworking team; clear and quick communication both to answer our questions and outline next steps, and the crew was dedicated to our project, showed up on time, cleaned up their area in our home, as well as their staging area in our garage. The work in the bathroom was very well done with excellent attention to detail. We love it! We were so impressed with their work and professionalism. When we searched for a contractor for the restoration and renovation of our historic home in Castle Rock, we found Travis Garcia and Prestige Contractors. Old historic homes like Hammar House present unique architectural challenges that require patience and creativity. Travis embraced these challenges and patiently worked with us and with our structural engineers to create cost-effective solutions to these challenges.

We had a very hard time finding someone for one that had availability but was also licensed. We made the decision to go with Travis Garcia with Prestige Contractors. They were wonderful to work for. The respected our space and stuff. The pulled all the necessary permits and handled everything with professionalism. The project did take longer and cost more than what was planned, but what doesn't. We now no longer have an ugly dark 80s kitchen that was not efficient to a very up to date bright and efficient kitchen. Thank you Travis and the guys!
